		<description>Jason...you make a very good point here and this also bleeds into other areas. For example, the hegemonic approach to &#039;development&#039;, which actually means &#039;be more like us&#039; is growing old, tiresome and, clearly, in sub Saharan Africa- does not work.  No consideration is given to the needs, values and ideals of the indigenous inhabitants- which I liken it to trying to grow mangoes in the Arctic.</description>
