Announcing: Foundations of Inclusive Leadership

I hope 2024 is off to a good start for you, and that you’re finding what peace you can amidst all the upsetting events around us.

A bit of a different flavor this time. Normally I’d lead with a content-based article and save “promotional” stuff for later. I’m switching it up this month because (as promised last month) I have a new offer that serves both purposes: tons of content that you’ll find useful, plus something to help grow the business and expand its impact.

I’ve created a fully self-paced online course: Foundations of Inclusive Leadership. I’ve designed it to be low-risk and high-reward: minimal investment of time and money, with a hefty payoff in learning.

It’s ten (very) brief modules. Each module has a video and a reflection (for your eyes only). Total viewing time for all ten videos is just over an hour (or less if you watch at 1.5x lol…). The reflections take as long as you want them to. I’d guess the total time investment will be 2–3 hours.

The rubber meets the road in the tenth and final module, where you’ll put together a simple but impactful action plan.

I don’t want to do a hard sell. If you’ve been reading my articles regularly, you know the value is there — this time it’s in a different format, which I think you’ll find engaging.

This is “version 1.0.” In the design-inspired spirit of “prototype and iterate,” I’m putting it out there now at a reduced price, in the hope that a bunch of you will sign up, take it, and give me feedback. That will make version 2.0 better, and so forth.

Speaking of pricing, it’s also experimental. It’s more art than science at this point. I’m starting with a list price of $129, and offering a promotional price of $59 to encourage more of you to sign up. (I charge $500 per hour for coaching services, so the pricing seems reasonable. Time will tell.)
